Baker/manager and packager/cookie decorator

I watched a Ted Talk on Patagonia. There was no set work schedule. You knew what job needed to be done and you did it. I’m looking for that person who knows what needs to be done and has the self discipline to work a flexible schedule and can be accountable for their choices. If you work for a few hours and want to go to your kid’s sporting event, then go and come back. If you like working at night, work at night. If you want to work a traditional schedule, then do it! Due North GF Bakery & Goods Is a gluten free bakery that tastes great! Because of this we are growing quickly. To meet the demand we are seeking a baker/manager – full time. Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate and a packager/cookie decorator – part time. No experience necessary.
